JARS products are manufactured with natural components. The clay is unique and its composition is specific to the manufacturing of JARS. It is a major factor contributing to the sturdiness of the products for everyday usage. Each piece is molded according to know-how from several generations of ceramists, before being fired at extreme high temperatures.

Stoneware has a similar firing temperature as China, around 2340 F. Under such a high firing temperature, stoneware gets its very unique glaze aspect that gives it the name of "noble ceramic". JARS colors are the result of extremely precise and secret researches, allowing the broadest pallet of colors. The enamels are manufactured with minerals and natural pigments, vitrified at very high temperatures.
